- PMP3026, 40V-60V Input 12V/5A 95% Efficient Active Clamp forward. PMP3026 reference design provides 12V at 5A (60W) from a 40V-60Vdc telecom input with up to 95% efficiency. This design uses the UCC2897A active clamp controller along with synchronous rectifiers to achieve very high efficiency
