- TIPD130, Dual Polarity High-Voltage Differential Input Interface for Low-Voltage Comparators Reference Design. This design demonstrates a technique that allows dual polarity (bipolar), high differential voltages to be interfaced with the inputs of a low-voltage, single-supply comparator. The bipolar high-voltage input feature also may be used in a single-ended input application where one input is connected to a dc reference voltage level. The circuit accurately and safely transforms a high-voltage, bipolar analog signals to a low-voltage, 1-0 digital output
