Terms and Conditions of Sale – EMEA ECS

Unless there is a written agreement signed by both parties expressly covering the contractual purchase and sales relationship between the parties, the terms and conditions of sale will be those in the links below depending on the Arrow entity from which you purchase goods, deliverables and/or services. These terms and conditions are made part of any Arrow offer, order acknowledgment, order confirmation and invoice. Your purchase order will be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions. Any customer purchase terms and conditions, however communicated (in a purchase order, email, in writing, EDI or otherwise), are expressly rejected by Arrow, are void and form no basis for the trade between Arrow and customer.
