Wolfspeed WolfPACK™ silicon carbide power modules offer best-in-class performance for industrial power electronic applications including electric vehicle fast charging, industrial motor drives, and DC-DC converters. The modules feature press-fit pins to facilitate the assembly process and eliminate the need for soldering when attaching the module’s terminals to a power circuit board (PCB).
