- LM63LM64LM96X63EVM, Evaluation Module for Remote Diode Digital Temperature Sensor with Fan Control. The LM63LM64LM96x63EVM evaluation module (EVM) enables designers to immediately start evaluating the operation and performance of the LM63, LM64, LM96063 and LM96163 remote digital temperature sensor/fan controller family of ICs. All four devices can be evaluated by clicking on the appropriate device selection menu within the GUI, which controls the built-in I2C switch
