This single-channel high-side driver is manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower® M0-7 technology, belongs to VIPowerZero Low Ohmic High-Sde-Drivers family and has current capability up to 30A thanks to very low 1.3mOhm RDSon.
Housed in a small and thermally efficient PowerSSO-36 package, this device is designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads through a 3 V and 5 V CMOS-compatible interface, providing protection and diagnostics thanks to ST-only Power Limitation and Multisense analog feedback.
