This is a low current bi-color high temperature SMD LED in the industry standard 0603 footprint with thickness at 0.5mm. This thin profile SMD LED contains both red and green in the same package, allowing you to control each color independently. This feature is valuable for applications requiring dual color indicators or backlight in a constraint space. This high temperature SMD LED is engineered to withstand harsh environments and high operating temperatures. It can operate within a wide temperature range, from as low as -40°C(-104°F) to as high as 100°C (212°F). This wide temperature tolerance makes it suitable for applications exposed to extreme temperature variations. With its ability to operate in such a broad temperature range, this LED is versatile and can be used in various applications.
