Watch Arrow take LEGOs to the next level at Maker Faire Bay Area 2016.
Master LEGO builder Arthur Sacek has been embracing the Maker culture for years using LEGOs to bring to life the machines of his imagination. In the past, he’s built some of the most fantastic LEGO constructions the world has seen from scratch, and this year he’ll be joining us at the Bay Area Maker Faire in San Mateo, Cali. May 22-22.
You may recognize Sacek’s handiwork from this year’s Arrow Superbowl commercial. He constructed a fabulously complicated paper-airplane folding machine and launch pad to show just what can be accomplished when imagination meets precision.
Sacek’s latest bit of wizardry uses LEGO power to create art: He’s bringing his LEGO constructed rotary drill tool to the Arrow booth where he’ll be drilling designs right before your eyes. Here's the concept art Arthur drew up:

The wood for drilling is real, the drill bit is steel, but the machine itself is LEGO constructed through and through. Come see how with enough ingenuity, even the most basic of building blocks can become whatever you want them to be. If you can't make the event, be sure to check back on Arrow.com to see some video of the milling machine in action.
