Description
- 6.5V-55V to 5V 10A LT3800 DC/DC converter features charge pump doubler VCC refresh and current limit foldback. The Circuit uses an external Si1555DL MOSFET pair (M3, M4) to create a charge pump doubler that steps up the output voltage
