With an output that has a voltage of -12 to -1.5 V, this is power management at its best. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This inverting charge pump has an operating temperature range of 0 °C to 70 °C. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 1.5 V and a maximum of 12 V.
