The STBC03JR is a combination of a linear charger, a 150-mA linear dropout (LDO) regulator, an associated protection circuit and two 3 Ω load switches to handle circuit operations. To best fit your system, the STBC03JR features a variety of options, like programmable current inputs and adjustable charging time. Its protection circuit ensures low leakage in both shipping and rest modes, keeping the maximum battery charge over time while maintaining safe conditions for your battery. The best part of the STBC03JR is its footprint, delivering key features in a compact 2.59 x 2.25 nm package.
