AP62xxx Synchronous Buck Converters
The AP62xxx family of DC/DC buck converters provides a robust set of features such as overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and synchronous rectification. These buck converters also offer high efficiency, cost effectiveness, design flexibility, and a wide range of other benefits all housed within compact and space saving designs.

o Works across the full 5V~12V range of appliance and consumer electronics applications
• Selectable Switching Frequency: 400kHz/800kHz/1.2MHz
o Optimized converter which allows high-efficiency
• Selectable Operation Modes: PFM/USM/PWM
o Pulse-frequency modulation – increases light load efficiency
o Ultrasonic mode – avoids audible frequency range
o Pulse width modulation – low output voltage ripple
• Programmable Soft-Start and Tracking
o Reduced Inrush current and supports various tracking capabilities (ratiometric, coincidental, and sequencing)
