Please input why you reached out to Arrow? The challenge you faced before joining Arrow?

Code Enigma builds and hosts some of the busiest websites. Most of them run on AWS infrastructure services. For this reason, it is extremely important for them to be efficient, operationally efficient, to optimize the performance and costs, as well as to ensure the highest security standards to avoid any security breach in their customers’ sites.

Code Enigma’s team of experts work with the highest standards of quality. However, a deeper review of the AWS best practices to maximize the efficiency on how they work.

For Code Enigma, to chose AWS was a matter of quality. They considered that to deploy the websites on AWS was the solution that would ensure better results, in terms of reliability and performance efficiency.

In addition to this, they were also looking for ways to manage AWS billing for our clients and how they could streamline this process and potentially introduce new revenue streams to the business.

Thanks to the excellent relationship of Code Enigma with AWS, they were suggested to engage with Arrow ECS.

Arrow ECS analyzed the needs that Code Enigma showed, and was able to suggest an integrated solution:

A quality-first approach through the Arrow’s team of AWS Solutions Architects, who would support and enable AWS Well Architected Framework (WAF) reviews for Code Enigma’s workloads. Our technical team consulted together with Code Enigma’s team the review of a critical workload’s configuration. The identification of some important issues helped to simplify the billing in conjunction with their system.

On the other hand, Arrow ECS provided with an integrated partner management relationship that included the full integration of the AWS billing through the Arrowsphere Cloud Delivery and Management Platform.

In addition to this, Arrow guided Code Enigma to access to AWS Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and made Code Enigma aware of opportunities to get AWS credits to support the development of our services for our clients.

The Outcome

Having Results you have seen from the partnership?

Through the AWS Well-Architected Review and Remediation of issues, they not only solve some major risk on the workload, by more than 60%; they acquired a deep knowledge about the best practices for Security, Sustainability, Operational efficiency, Reliability, Performance efficienct and Cost Optimization. This is now allowing Code Enigma to reach the highest level of excellence in the overall website performance for their customers.

Through the use of the MDF and the resulting campaign, Code Enigma has also increased organic leads by 200%. It has also created an opportunity for a closer working relationship with AWS directly, which is further contributing to the growth in organic leads from our key vertical.

Finally, this has increased the revenue stream from our client’s AWS usage without having to increase their costs.

All this growth is now billed and managed through Arrowsphere, that provides with an easy, real time aggregated view for a quick daily management while it allows to quickly onboard new customers and AWS accounts as well as allowing their end-customers to self-manager their own AWS services through Arrowsphere MyCloudPortal.
