· AWS Funding & Programmes: Arrow secured AWS POC funding, offsetting project costs and enabling Pontevo to innovate without financial barriers.
· Resilient Architecture: We rebuilt the MVP as a scalable, secure, cloud-based platform on AWS, leveraging best practices for infrastructure, containerization, and monitoring.
· Security & Automation: From end-to-end encryption and PII redaction to automated CI/CD pipelines and robust access controls, every layer was designed for trust and efficiency.
· FinOps Clarity: Cost monitoring, optimization reviews, and transparent pricing ensured Pontevo could scale with confidence and clarity.
· AWS Services: S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, Cognito, Bedrock, CloudWatch, and more—each chosen for performance, reliability, and future-proofing.
Transformation in Motion
Before: A promising but static MVP, running locally, limited by infrastructure and scalability. Grant applications were automated, but the platform couldn’t grow or adapt at the pace Pontevo needed.
After: A dynamic, cloud-native solution on AWS, orchestrating LLM-powered workflows, automating grant writing, and supporting multiple frameworks globally. The transformation was dramatic:
· 3-4x faster processing speeds—results in a third of the time.

We are experts in our own domain. The cloud setup, the hosting environment and security settings are not our primary focus. Thanks to the changes and the support from AWS our environment is also a lot more stable. We used to have hiccups and downtime, that is now in the past and we are finally getting ready for production with an environment we can trust.
