Eric Nowak
President, Global Enterprise Computing Solutions
Eric Nowak is president of Arrow’s global enterprise computing solutions business, providing data center services and support to value-added resellers, managed service providers, system integrators, and their customers.
Joining Arrow in 2005 via the Logix Group acquisition, Nowak most recently served as president of the company’s enterprise computing solutions business segment in the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), Australia, and New Zealand regions. Prior to that, he served as vice president of sales in EMEA for that business.
Nowak previously held positions of increasing responsibility at Unisys, Wang Laboratories, The SCO Group, Oracle and McAfee Corp. He holds a master’s degree from the Institut Commercial de Nancy.
Cédric Doignie
Vice President of Sales, Global Strategic Growth Solutions
Cédric Doignie is vice president of strategic growth solutions for Arrow’s global enterprise computing solutions business. He is responsible for leading the transformation of the IT distribution model by leveraging Arrow assets, services and go-to-market functions in strategic outsourcing contracts.
Joining Arrow in 2003 via the Logix Group acquisition, Doignie most recently served as vice president of business transformation, operations and services for the EMEA and ANZ region and was responsible for leading key internal and external transformation initiatives, including digital transformation (i.e., customer experience, efficiencies and automation, data analytics leverage, digital reach, vendor interfaces), new business initiatives and billable services, including managed, support, education, renewals management, data monetization and deployment.
Doignie spent the first years of his career as a consultant in strategy and processes at Accenture, JP Morgan and a venture capital firm. He has held several roles since joining Arrow in 2003, including regional managing director of Benelux, director of EMEA alliances and supplier management, EMEA director of business transformation, and director of corporate marketing.
He is based in Brussels, Belgium and holds a master's degree in business engineering from IC HEC Brussels (a member of Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and European Foundation for Management Development).
Kaushik Ghosh
Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer, Global Enterprise Computing Solutions and ArrowSphere
Kaushik Ghosh is vice president and global chief information officer of Arrow’s global enterprise computing solutions business, with responsibility for leading the global information technology systems, capabilities and strategic initiatives. Ghosh has more than 20 years of global leadership experience and a proven track record of driving and delivering global IT solutions to help exceed company’s strategic and financial goals.
Ghosh most recently served as an IT leader for Arrow's global enterprise computing solutions business in the Americas, Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Arrow in 2009, Ghosh held several technical leadership positions at Fujitsu Americas, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and was responsible for leading multiple ERP and digital initiatives within high-tech manufacturing, retail and distribution services industries.
Ghosh holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from a pioneer educational institution in India and currently resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with his wife and son.
Eric Gourmelen
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Global ArrowSphere, Cloud and AI
Eric Gourmelen is vice president and chief technology officer of Arrow’s global enterprise computing solutions business. He is responsible for leading our ArrowSphere Cloud and AI strategy. Gourmelen is passionate about technology and has been managing ArrowSphere Cloud — our award-winning cloud delivery and management platform — since its development over a decade ago. In 2023, Gourmelen spearheaded the launch of IT distribution’s first AI companion, ArrowSphere Assistant. He has a wealth of technical expertise in applications and cloud services and AI. He has filed or contributed to numerous patents and has earned 10 cloud certifications and professional credentials from Microsoft, Google, AWS and Alibaba.
Prior to Arrow, Gourmelen worked in the field of digital television for 20 years and earned an Emmy award. He also received two engineering (Master of Science equivalent) degrees from leading French schools.
Lincoln Lincoln
Vice President, Global Platform Sales
Lincoln Lincoln is vice president of global platform sales for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business. Leading Arrow’s platform-as-a-service sales strategy and operations, Lincoln drives accelerated and sustained mutual growth with Arrow’s platform customers and channel partners, and builds new customer relationships across the vendor, provider and end-user ecosystem. As part of Arrow’s leadership team, he is responsible for platform revenue and continued market leadership by delivering and supporting products, services and solutions to organizations in established and new markets around the world.
Before joining Arrow, Lincoln was CloudBlue’s head of global sales and customer success, responsible for all top-line revenue, delivering record growth and profitability, before priming the company for sale in August 2025. His leadership spanned sales, solution architecture, operations, professional services, demand generation, field enablement, customer success and the field CTO office.
Prior to CloudBlue, Lincoln was AppDirect’s regional director for Asia Pacific and Japan, where he was responsible for forming, building and leading AppDirect’s business and operations across the APJ geography. He built and led AppDirect’s fastest growing and highest performing region globally within three years.
Before joining AppDirect, Lincoln was EMC’s practice manager of cloud service providers in APJ, working with the leading service providers to maximise their cloud business presence and market success. Lincoln has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, having been based out of Singapore, Australia and the UK. Prior to EMC, he held a range of sales and channel positions at Symantec and VERITAS.
Lincoln has an honours degree in business administration from Kingston University in the United Kingdom.
Hayley McSpirit
Vice President, Global Mid-Market Programs
Hayley McSpirit is a global business leader with a passion for building transformative go-to-market strategies. The vice president of global mid-market programs for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business, McSpirit brings more than 18 years of experience in strategic partnerships, ecosystem growth, and global operations, and her channel expertise has been instrumental in driving change, technology adoption, and sales throughout her career.
Prior to Arrow, McSpirit held senior leadership roles at Pax8, supporting global vendor strategy and operations, and before that, she led the company’s Microsoft partnership. McSpirit previously worked at Microsoft for over 15 years in a variety of roles, enabling the IT channel and driving partner alliances and innovation across the public sector and nonprofit ecosystem.
McSpirit is a mentor, advocate, and collaborator at heart. Beyond her professional achievements, she is dedicated to helping others find their voice and their confidence in the industry. In 2025, she was recognized to CRN’s Women in Tech list. She holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in International Business from Loughborough University, England.
Danielle Post
Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Global Enterprise Computing Solutions Marketing
As the global vice president and chief marketing officer for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business, Danielle Post is dedicated to leading Arrow’s global demand generation and marketing efforts. With over 15 years of integrated marketing experience, she has deep expertise in strategic planning, demand generation, partnership building and omnichannel communications to drive sustainable growth.
Prior to Arrow, Post worked in the IT channel, leading the development and execution of marketing and demand generation strategies for IT vendors and channel partners. Outside of work, she is committed to supporting her community and actively serves on the advisory board of The Children's Home Society. Post holds a bachelor’s degree in biology; she lives in Tampa, Florida with her family.
Salesh Rampersad
Chief Revenue Officer
Salesh Rampersad is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry.
He currently serves as the chief revenue officer for of Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business, where he leads the core ECS revenue strategy, as well as the intelligent solutions business and global ECS services.
Rampersad has been with Arrow since 2013, holding multiple roles, including VP sales for the Americas, national sales director, area director and regional manager. Prior to joining Arrow, Rampersad served in a consultative role, working with a global manufacturing services provider, architecting their business development and supply chain practices. He also spent 13 years at Avnet Inc. in a variety of sales and business development leadership functions across North America.
A global citizen, Rampersad was born and raised in South Africa. He has lived and worked in multiple regions around the world including Africa, Asia, North America and the UK.
An avid sports fan, he attended university on an academics and soccer scholarship. Since making the U.S. his permanent home, his love for American sports continues to grow.

Ben Klay
President, North America
As North America president of Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business, Ben Klay is responsible for overseeing the business’s strategic direction, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong collaborations with the world’s top technology companies and thousands of channel partners.
Klay previously served as vice president of sales in North America where he was responsible for leading the commercial supplier sales and alliances, sales engineering and services functions. With more than 20 years of experience, Klay is a consistent, innovative leader in the organization, building a track record of growth as a result of successful strategy, solid execution and reliable customer service.
Klay joined Arrow in 2000, taking on roles of progressive leadership in sales and business unit management. Most recently, he served as vice president of sales for the North America, Australia and New Zealand businesses. His relentless focus on operational excellence and practical solutions to customer challenges has helped Klay’s teams excel in both good and bad economies.
Klay holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He and his wife, Erin, live in Parker, Colorado, with their two children.
Eric Barnhart
Vice President, Sales
Eric Barnhart serves as vice president of sales in North America. He is responsible for sales performance in North America, spearheading strategies to capture new business opportunities, expanding down-market reach, and enhancing Arrow’s service delivery.
Barnhart joined Arrow in 2024 and brings over 25 years of sales leadership experience. He previously served as chief revenue officer for Lightbird.ai, and he has held channel executive roles at Zerto, Inc. and with other IT distributors.
Barnhart holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing and speech communication from Olivet Nazarene University. In his spare time, he enjoys recharging outdoors through skiing, golfing and traveling. Barnhart resides in Naperville, Illinois with his wife and children.
Matthew Brennan
Vice President, Supplier Alliances
Matthew Brennan is vice president of supplier alliances for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business in North America. He is responsible for leading the sales execution of the supplier management team, collaborating closely with suppliers and customers to implement Arrow’s modern channel strategy and build a sustainable competitive advantage.
Prior to Arrow, Brennan served as vice president of Americas channel sales for SonicWall. With more than 27 years of experience in sales, marketing and executive leadership, he has also held executive roles at two premier managed service providers, Calian Group Ltd. (formerly Computex Technology Solutions) and VirtualArmour, where he served as senior vice president of sales and president, respectively.
Brennan also possesses a strong background in marketing and communications, with successes in brand messaging, media production and marketing campaign development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Texas Christian University and resides in Denver, Colorado, with his wife and two children.
Tamara Ells
Vice President and General Manager, U.S. Public Sector
Tamara Ells is vice president and general manager of Arrow’s public sector practice, immixGroup. Before joining immixGroup, she served in a variety of sales leadership positions within Arrow Electronics, formulating revenue generation strategies for legacy and alternative consumption models through channel partners.
Ells has a proven track record of developing strategic alliances and partnerships with key IT manufacturers, and leading successful growth initiatives throughout her 25-year career. She is recognized for developing winning teams and creating success-oriented cultures.
Ells has received several awards, including CRN Channel Chief 2020 and 2023; 2020 Women Worth Watching in Leadership, Diversity Journal Award; and CRN Power 100 Women of the Channel 2019. She is a graduate of Northwestern University where she earned a BA in economics.
Darren Harbaugh
Vice President, Cloud and AI Sales
Darren Harbaugh is vice president of cloud and AI sales for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business in North America. Prior to Arrow, he was the head of worldwide distribution and SMB partnerships at NetApp. In this role, he was responsible for NetApp’s global distribution partner landscape; partner sales and strategy; go-to-market, programs, incentives and investment models; and identifying new distribution services.
Before NetApp, Harbaugh was senior vice president of global cloud for TD SYNNEX where he led global cloud strategy and was responsible for TD SYNNEX’s global cloud and next-generation solutions, including public, private and hybrid cloud, overseeing the industry’s largest global channel cloud portfolio. Prior to the SYNNEX and Tech Data merger, he was responsible for leading the SYNNEX STELLR business unit and program which included cloud, mobility + IoT programs, business strategy and channel partnerships. Prior to SYNNEX, Harbaugh served at Microsoft for 13 years, in various channel and leadership roles, where he also led the launches of the global distribution cloud solution provider program and the Surface devices channel program. Earlier in his career, Harbaugh served in various other channel, sales, leadership, and finance roles.
Harbaugh is a graduate of The University of Iowa’s Tippie School of Business and has served on the Board of Directors for Camp Fire Minnesota, a nationally recognized organization that delivers model youth development programs. He and his wife, Angie, reside in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where they raised their three children, Ella, Sophie and Hudson.
Martin Jerome
Vice President, Sales Engineering and Services
Martin Jerome is the leader of Arrow's technical sales and services organization for the enterprise computing solutions business in North America. With 30 years of experience in technology and leadership, he is dedicated to enhancing sales engineering and services across modern infrastructure, cloud, security, and data and AI practice areas within the channel. He is responsible for driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through technical strategy, solution development and post-sales execution.
Before joining Arrow, Jerome successfully led several regional VARs and built his own channel business over a decade. He has also held strategic positions with large multinational solution providers and played a pivotal role in a global telecom and technology company by leading services presales for the Americas. Jerome's emphasis on emerging technologies and fostering a culture of execution consistently sets Arrow apart and delivers exceptional value to our customers.
Tamara Keane
Vice President of Sales, Strategic Growth Solutions
As vice president of strategic growth solutions, Tamara Keane is focused on scaling Arrow’s reach, deepening our vendor relationships, and accelerating our transformation and growth through new models of distribution. With over two decades of expertise in business strategy and sales leadership, Keane has built a distinguished career focused on driving revenue growth and fostering strong, lasting relationships across various industries.
Prior to joining Arrow, Keane spent 14 years refining her skills at Dell Technologies and Compellent, in addition to her impactful roles at NetApp and AT&T. Her career is defined by a passion for guiding teams to success while adapting to the dynamic challenges of today’s business environment. Keane’s strengths lie in nurturing employee development, building deep partnerships, and delivering significant results through innovative leadership and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Keane currently resides in the coastal town of San Clemente, California where she shares her life with her husband, Jay, and their two children, Kate and Matthew. In her free time, she loves to be active, travel to warm destinations, and create cherished memories with her friends and family.
Candace Mehalko
Vice President, Customer Experience
Candace Mehalko is vice president of customer experience for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business in North America. In her role, she is chartered with delivering on Arrow’s strategic initiatives, including digital business transformation; data integration and governance programs; implementing continuous process improvement; and directing supply chain management for both the commercial and public sector organizations. Mehalko brings to this role more than 25 years channel experience holding several leadership positions in sales, operations, program development, and process design and optimization.
Initially joining Arrow in 1994, Mehalko began her career in IBM purchasing and inventory management. She then expanded into leadership roles in operations and sales, leading the annuity group as well as the converged infrastructure supplier organization. In 2017, Mehalko took a position at a supplier organization focused on big data and data integration, leading their channel operations and partner programs teams. She returned to Arrow in 2020 to head up the digital operations team prior to assuming her current role.
Mehalko holds a bachelor’s degree in business and resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where she and her husband have raised their four children.
