As we close out a strong year of collaboration with our IBM teammates and valued business partners, we want to take a moment to reflect on the momentum we’ve built and, more importantly, where we’re headed together.
Across conversations with partners and customers, one message comes through clearly: organizations are navigating rapid change, tightening budgets and growing complexity across their IT environments. To move forward, they are asking for help in three critical areas:
- Securing the enterprise through automation
- Using AI effectively to scale growth and efficiency
- Tying every technology dollar to a measurable business outcome

Enabling partners to deliver what clients need most
Arrow’s IBM Automation practice is built around enabling partner success. We do this by acting as an extension of your team, combining deep technical expertise with real-world enablement resources.
At the core of this effort are Arrow subject matter experts—including solution architects, automation and data evangelists—and our recently relaunched Arrow Experience Centers. These environments bring multiple solutions together across a wide range of scenarios, allowing partners to:
- Demonstrate integrated automation and AI solutions
- Build client-specific proofs of concept
- Showcase real outcomes in realistic environments
We also focus on strategic co-selling, teaming partners with IBM sellers at the regional level to align technical expertise, services and assessments with customer priorities, all supported by Arrow resources and hands-on experience.
Looking back on a year of collaboration
Throughout 2025, Arrow was proud to engage with partners across the U.S. and Canada through a wide range of initiatives, including:
- Tech Talk and solution enablement webinars
- In-person partner enablement and teaming events
- Technical and tech-seller workshops
- Joint participation at key industry conferences
