A triggered current can turn on this triac T2035H-6I thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics and it will continue to operate when a forward-biased voltage is applied. This device has a surge current rating of 210 A. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 600 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600 V. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 150 °C.
