The ADG849YKSZ-500RL7 can operate on most logic levels, including 1.8 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V, and the input voltage supply to the analog switch ranges from 1.8 V to 5.5 V. The maximum turn-on time for the ADG849YKSZ-500RL7 is 22 ns (at 3.6 V), while the maximum turn-off time is 18 ns (at 3.6 V). The ADG849YKSZ-500RL7 is capable of switching up to 600 mA of current, and the power consumption of the analog switch is less than 0.01 µW.
