Wolfspeed WolfPACK™ 전력 모듈(FM/GM)은 현재 하프 브리지, 풀 브리지 및 식스팩(3상) 구성으로 제공되며, 열 관리 및 성능 향상을 위해 Honeywell™ 열 인터페이스 물질(TIM) 적용 옵션을 제공합니다.
이 모듈은 모터 드라이브, UPS, 태양광 에너지, 격리형 DC-DC 컨버터(레벨 3 EV 급속 충전기, 산업용 전원 공급 장치 및 에너지 저장 시스템)를 위해 설계되었으며, 고전력 응용 분야에 맞게 확장할 수 있습니다.
