5050 Package, Digital SMD RGB LED - Built-in Driver IC
Lumex® is proud to announce the release of SMD-LX5050RGB-TR. This surface mount RGB LED(RGB SMD LED) features a low profile, low drive current and IC-embedded driver. This single data pin IC-embedded RGB LED can easily adapt odd size, and different shape or material PCB design including hallow ring, rigid stripe and flexible stripe. The single GPIO pin can manage up to 1024 SMD-LX5050RGB-TR LEDs. Each RGB chip uses 256 grades of PWM for brightness control to mix different colors. With the sample code provide by Lumex, it can reduce the time of software development. Furthermore, it can integrate with Lumex’s Digital LEDs Controller to off load MCUs or controllers.
