The SI7021-A20-GMR by Silicon Labs is a RoHS-compliant I²C humidity and temperature sensor. It is low-consumption (only 60nA in standby and 150 µA in active mode), high-accuracy (to within 3% relative humidity and within 0.4°C temperature readings), and suitable for operating temperatures of -40 to +125°C. Compatible with a wide range of operating voltages (1.9 to 3.6V), it is suitable for applications such as HVAC/R, respiratory therapy, automotive climate control, and even mobile devices.
