Diode Switching 150V 2A 2-Pin SMB T/R

Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a switching diode ES2C-E3/52T rectifier from Vishay. In order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be encased in tape and reel packaging during shipment. This rectifier has a minimum operating temperature of -55 °C and a maximum of 150 °C. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 50 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 2 A. It is made in a single configuration.
