STMicroelectronicsBLUENRG-234 | Range of Bluetooth SoCsBluetooth
Bluetooth 5 SoC incorporating a high-performance low-power Cortex-M0 32-bit core, 24-kB RAM, integrated DC/DC converter, and multiple peripherals
The BlueNRG-2x range of devices incorporates a low-energy Bluetooth 5.0 module and a Cortex-M0 processor to provide a single-chip solution for modern applications. The BlueNRG-2x range of SoCs includes up to 256 kB of flash, 24-kB SRAM, and a range of peripherals including UART, SPI, I2C, 14 to 26 GPIO, timers, and an ADC for reading data from sensors. The on-board Bluetooth module provides up to +8 dBm of output antenna power and an excellent RF link budget of up to 96 dB. The range of BlueNRG-2xx is suitable for constructing circuitry that requires compliance to FCC standards as well as ETSI EN 300 328 and EN 300 440. The range of BlueNRG-2x devices also includes a battery voltage monitor and temperature sensor and is pre-programmed with a UART-based bootloader.
