Easily generate various voltages for different components by using this ADM660ANZ charge pump voltage doubler by Analog Devices. With an output that has a voltage of -1.5 to -7|5 to 14 V, this is power management at its best. Its output produces a current of 100(Min) mA. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This inverting charge pump has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 1.5 V and a maximum of 7 V.
