Enpirion EN23F0QI DC-DC Converter  w/Integrated Inductor Evaluation Board. The EN23F0QI is a Power System on a Chip (PowerSoC) DC-DC converter. It integrates MOSFET switches, small-signal control circuits, compensation and an integrated inductor in an advanced 12x13x3mm QFN module. It offers high efficiency, excellent line and load regulation. The EN23F0QI operates over a wide input voltage range and is specifically designed to meet the precise voltage and fast transient requirements of high-performance products. The EN23F0QI features frequency synchronization to an external clock, power OK output voltage monitor, programmable soft-start along with thermal and short circuit protection.
