Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a switching diode 1N4933-E3/54 rectifier from Vishay. Tape and reel packaging will encase this product during shipment, in order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of components. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -50 °C to 150 °C. It is made in a single configuration. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 30 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 1@Ta=75C A.
