Hello everyone and welcome to another devices at ADI Con in Boston. My name is Asaf Toledano and I’m an application engineer manager in our microwave group. Today I’m going to show you the 24 to 44 gig complete solution from the TX and RX that will fit very well for the 5G solutions.

So, what we have today which is the ADS8 that will create for us 20 vector of 20MHz each, with 400MHz bandwidth. The ADS8 will convert it to the Action new DAC 1891 72 12GHz sample rate with a lane rate of 15GHz beat per second. The dual duct will create and remove the vector to 1GHz outward.

We have a two-low pass filter that will lower the image and transfer it to the new ADNV 1013 which is our new signal up converter. The ADNV 1013 will get the clock of 8GHz from the ADF 5610 and multiply by four inside the up converter. So, we’re getting an output up to 32GHz plus the one gig from the deck which will provide us 33GHz output with 400MHz bandwidth. It is very clear to see on the spectrum analyzer how flat the signal is and the performance are.

We have the ADF 5610 that is driving an ello signal into our ADNV 1014 down converter. It is driving 8GHz into the down converter. We’re using the multiply by four capability, in the ADNV 1014 to multiply up to 32GHz for our down converter ello from our transmit path. It’s outputting our complex IQ signal into our latest dual 28 nanometer 809208 ADC, 3 gigasample per second 14 bits. From there we’re taking the data and sampling it and we’re sending it and capturing it on our 80s-7 platform. 

And we can see the output of the data capture on our evaluation software for the full complete TX and RX system. For more information, please visit analog.com
