Diodes Incorporated’s DMT/DMTH MOSFET family features state of the art shielded-gate technology that provides a multitude of benefits. This technology opens the door to a wide range of advantages including: higher N-doping, decreased Qgd that reduces charge coupling, improved Figure of Merit (FOM) that reduces switching and conduction losses, ultra-low Qg for fast turn-on/off speeds, and ultra-low Ron for high current density. All these features and more are housed in multiple package options, in support of a wide range of applications and design needs.
