Magnetic angle sensor utilizing Tunnel Magneto-Resistance technology, offering maximum output voltage range of 3V peak to peak, maximum operating voltage of 5.5V, analog output, and operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C.

The TAS2143-AAAA is an analog magnetic sensor that has a maximum operating voltage of 5.5V and a maximum output voltage range of 3V peak to peak for angular detection. The TAS2143-AAAA uses a tunnel magneto-resistance sensor for angular detection and has a nominal bridge resistance of 6kΩ. The ideal magnetic field strength for use with the TAS2143-AAAA is between 20mT to 80mT, but can operate in magnetic fields up to 200mT, and has an angular accuracy of ±0.6°. The TAS2143-AAAA is qualified for use in automotive applications and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C.
