Microchip Technology brings you their latest TC7660CPA charge pump voltage doubler, a device that has the ability to raise or lower the voltage across parts in your circuit. With an output that has a voltage of -10 to -1.5 V, this is power management at its best. Its output produces a current of 20 mA. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This inverting charge pump has a minimum operating temperature of 0 °C and a maximum of 70 °C. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 1.5 V and a maximum of 10 V.
