The EVAL-AD5560EBUZ is a fully featured evaluation board for the AD5560. This board operates in stand alone mode or in conjunction with a USB to PC interface. When operated with the USB to PC interface, software is provided enabling the user to perform control of the PMU channels in addition to measurement of the different voltage and current parameters via the on board AD7685 ADC. AD5560 Die temperature measurement is also available via the on-board ADT7461 temperture sensor. This software includes the technical note describing the operation and set up of the EVAL-AD5560EBUZ board.
