One of the UK’s leading software and cloud technology solution providers to the education and voluntary sector, Pugh Computers is a Microsoft Gold Partner and have been working with Arrow for around 2 years. Pugh Computers originally moved its Microsoft business to Arrow to take advantage of the award-winning cloud platform, ArrowSphere and MyCloud Portal, the customer-facing, self service portal.

How Arrow helped

Although a proportion of clients were already using MyCloud Portal, the team at Pugh Computers are planning on expanding its use to more clients. MyCloud Portal frees up time, clients can self service some requirements and it makes it easy to add additional seats.

Pugh’s aim is to build on the CSP model, and with Arrow the support is always there. For a moderately sized team, this technical support really makes all the difference. Pugh sees Arrow as an extension of its own team, with all the resources available.
