About TET
The Challenge
Before partnering with Arrow as it does today, TET previously worked with three distributors to manage its customers’ Microsoft billing. This created unnecessary complications, leading TET to seek a more streamlined approach. Given its existing long-term relationship with Arrow, dating back several years, TET decided to migrate all its clients to ArrowSphere towards the end of 2021, primarily using Arrow for its Microsoft CSP business. TET chose Arrow due to the simplicity and ease of use when it comes to its cloud delivery and management platform, ArrowSphere. ArrowSphere’s ability to allow clients to self-serve was a key feature which appealed to TET, finding that Arrow’s competitors were lacking in this area.
The Benefits
During the migration process, TET found Arrow incredibly supportive. Once the migration was complete in 2022, TET found that its Microsoft revenue had increased by 100% and the number of billing clients by 90%. The move proved worthwhile for TET as it helped solidify its business around Microsoft. Although Microsoft is TET’s main focus when it comes to its relationship with Arrow, TET also work with other vendors such as Pure Storage and Sophos. Focusing on its cyber security pillar recently, TET partnered with Sophos through Arrow to provide its MDR service as a managed service. Arrow proved instrumental in getting the partnership off the ground, as well as supporting in other areas such as hosting a Breakfast Briefing with some of TET’s key clients around the cyber security landscape, a relatively new venture for TET. The ability to customise ArrowSphere to fit in line with TET’s branding, as well as the ability to hold multiple vendor technologies within the platform are just some of the benefits TET have seen in ArrowSphere.
The Future
Moving forwards, TET looks to focus on Microsoft Copilot and Artificial Intelligence, as well as looking to drive its Cloud consumption number as we move into 2024. Its relationship with Sophos, through Arrow, will also be explored further. Leveraging Arrow’s Professional Services team and its expertise will be a key focus as TET plans to bolster its own services and technical teams to cover clients with a greater scope.
