As its Microsoft CSP business expanded, Sumillion encountered barriers with its legacy platform. Outdated with a difficult user interface, it lacked the control and visibility it needed to manage customers effectively and drive opportunities.
The team had already built its own emissions dashboard using Microsoft APIs to measure carbon data across Microsoft 365 services. However, getting visibility into emissions from Azure, which are far more substantial, remained out of reach. Sumillion needed both platform and people capabilities to help drive meaningful change.
