The KMI23/4Z by NXP Semiconductors is a high-performance rotational speed sensor designed for use with passive target wheels (ferromagnetic gear wheels). Even better, the KMI23/4Z is a system-in-package, featuring very low jitter, a wide range of operating terminal voltages, and standard protocol square wave output signal. This sensor is AEC-Q100 certified for use in automotive applications.
