Arrow's (V2G) ISO15118 Software stack for Smart EVSE

Arrow Electronics has revealed a data-communication reference design for electric vehicle (EV) charging that combines software stacks for state-of-the-art protocols and a HomePlug Green PHY™ hardware module.

The reference design accelerates time to market for EV supply equipment (EVSE) meeting the latest industry standards.
 
The software, developed at Arrow’s Engineering Solutions Centre EMEA, contains protocol stacks for ISO 15118 Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) communication.
 
There is also sample application code, as well as support for Open Charge-Point Protocol (OCPP) and Control Pilot interfaces as defined in IEC 61851 and SAE J1772.

Vehicle to Grid Communication Software Stack - ISO15118
 
ISO 15118 allows the EV and charging station to dynamically exchange information based on which a proper charging schedule can be renegotiated.
