The MAX25255 is a 36V (42V max) high voltage, small, synchronous dual 8A/10A buck converter with integrated high-side and low-side switches. It offers ASIL B capability, redundant circuits and self-diagnosis for precision OV/UV and die temperature monitoring to assist in key automotive systems that require a high safety level.

Key features and benefits

  • ASIL B compliant for redundant circuits and self-diagnosis for precision OV/UV and die temperature monitoring
  • Single, dual, and quad phase capable from 6A at 2.1 MHz up to 32A at 400 kHz for scalable platforms and design reuse
  • Symmetrical pinout, 2.1 MHz and ±6% spread spectrum reduces EMI
