About Everspin Technologies

Everspin’s Toggle MRAM family is configured to be compatible with industry standard SRAM and includes densities from 1Mb to 16Mb in RoHS compliant TSOP and BGA packages. Serial Toggle MRAMs have the same SPI interface as Flash and EEPROM but with fast 40 MHz clock speed and no write delays.

Toggle MRAM Parallel Interface

Parallel Interface MRAMs have fast, non-volatile SRAM read and write cycle times. The 16-bit I/O MRAM family includes densities from 1Mb to 16Mb. The 8-bit I/O MRAM family includes densities from 256Kb to 16Mb. Everspin non-volatile RAMs offer infinite read and write endurance. All products are packaged in RoHS compliant TSOP and BGA packages.

Toggle MRAM Serial SPI Interface

Serial MRAMs run at a fast, 40 MHz clock speed and have no write delays. Unlike traditional EEPROM technologies, MRAM has infinite endurance. Densities from 256Kb to 4Mb are available in a RoHS compliant 8-pin DFN package.

Spin-Torque DDR3 MRAM

ST-MRAM is a performance-optimized Storage Class Memory (SCM) that bridges the role of today’s conventional memory with the demands of tomorrow’s storage systems by providing non-volatility, high endurance and ultra-low latency. The 64Mb device is the first product in Everspin’s ST-MRAM roadmap that is planned to scale to gigabit density memories with faster speeds. Select customers are now evaluating samples of Everspin’s EMD3D064M 64Mb DDR3 ST-MRAM.
