Description

  • TPS7A7002EVM-065, Evaluation Module (EVM) and reference design demonstrates the proper operation of a very low input, very low dropout, 3A regulator with Enable. This particular EVM configuration contains a single linear regulator with internal thermal and current-limit shut-down circuitry in a SOIC-8 package. The regulator is capable of delivering up to 3 A to the load depending on the input/output power dissipation across the part which can be minimized because of the very low-dropout voltage

    1.425 V
  • Output Voltage
    0.5 to 6 V
  • Output Current
    3 A
  • Topology
    LDO
