- RHK3845MK DICE, RHK3845MK Radiation Hardened High Voltage Synchronous Step-Down Regulator Reference Design Kit with Power NMOS FETs. In its final hybrid configuration, the RHK3845MK is a wide input voltage range, step-down, synchronous switching regulator. Input voltage range is 7.5V to 60V. With an external VCC supply, minimum input can be reduced to 4V. The final hybrid supports output voltages up to 36V and a switching frequency range of 100kHz to 500kHz
