- PMP7991.2, High and Wide AC Vin Quasi-Resonant Isolated Flyback Reference Design. The PMP7991 is a quasi-resonant isolated flyback using the LM5023 controller IC. The design accepts an input voltage of 85VAC to 265VAC and provides a selectable output of 12Vout or 5Vout capable of supplying 2A of current to the load. The quasi-resonant switching scheme helps to reduce EMI
