Description

  • ADS5474ADX-EVM, is a 14-bit, 800 MSPS digitizer solution evaluation module. The EVM incorporates two 14-bit, 400 MSPS ADS5474 ADCs operating in an interleaved mode to create an 800 MSPS digitizer. The outputs of the two ADCs feed a Xilinx Virtex 5 FPGA which is pre-configured with proprietary interleaving technology from SP Devices. The SP Devices' interleaving technology continuously analyzes the ADCs' outputs to automatically remove the interleaving spurs arising from gain an mismatch errors, removing the need for costly monitoring components and an off-line recalibration routine
