- AD9238BCPZ-65EB, Evaluation Board for the AD9238, 2-Channel, 10-Bit, 65 MSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter. The AD9238 is a dual, 3 V, 12-bit, 20 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It features dual high performance sample-and-hold amplifiers (SHAs) and an integrated voltage reference. The Evaluation Board supports both the AD9238 and AD9248 and has five main sections: clock circuitry, inputs, reference circuitry, digital control logic, and outputs
