Diodes Incorporated’s AP64xxx/Q Synchronous Buck Converters

Diodes Incorporated’s AP64xxx/Q Synchronous Buck Converters provide wide output voltage ranges, and high power efficiency for a variety of home, and automotive applications. Parts in the AP64xxx/Q family feature specially designed gate drivers/bootstraps that allow for operation in LDO mode. This mode enables near 100% duty cycle. In addition, they are designed for Best-in-Class EMI Performance.
