TheADCMP572 are ultrafast comparators fabricated onAnalog Devices’ proprietary XFCB3 Silicon Germanium (SiGe) bipolar process. The ADCMP572 features CML output drivers and latch inputs, and the ADCMP573 features reduced swing PECL (RSPECL) output drivers and latch inputs.
