This small 49-degree FOV camera module contains an onsemi 560 x 560, monochrome, NIR enhanced, ARX3A0 image sensor. It is capable of up to an extremely fast 360fps, ultralow power operation, flexible triggering, and burst modes for even lower power operation. It is well suited for mobile applications like eye tracking. This camera module is compliant with onsemi’s Imaging Access System (IAS) standard. The standard 32-pin connector works with onsemi’s Demo3 system using an IAS adapter board.

This module is customizable to meet your exact design requirements for very low NRE fees on simple changes like tail length/shape, connector, or lens change.
