Analog Multiplier/Divider 4Bit 14-Pin CDIP Tube

The AD734 family of 10-MHz four-quadrant analog multipliers is pin-compatible with the AD534 and provides the transfer function W = XY/U. The AD734 range has a 0.1% typical accuracy error, a 10 MHz full-power bandwidth, a 450 V/µs slew rate, and a 200 ns settling time to 0.1%. The range of multipliers can also be used as a divider with a direct division mode of 2 MHz BW at gain of 100. The AD734 range has low distortion of –80 dBc from any input, a typical third order IMB of –75 dBc at 10 MHz, and a noise profile of 94-dB SNR at 10 Hz to 20 kHz and 70 dB SNR at 10 Hz to 10 MHz. The AD734 family has a voltage supply of ±16.5 V, a maximum power dissipation of 500 mW, and an operating temperature range of –40°C to 85°C, making it applicable for industrial applications.
