AD4116: Single Supply, 24-Bit, Sigma-Delta ADC with ±10 V, 10 MΩ Inputs and Buffered Low-Level Inputs

The AD4116 is a low power, low noise, 24-bit, Σ-Δ analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that integrates an analog front end (AFE) for six fully differential or eleven single-ended, high impedance (≥10 MΩ) bipolar, ±10 V voltage inputs.
