Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a super barrier rectifier SBR40U300CTB rectifier from Diodes Zetex. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. It is made in a dual common cathode configuration. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -65 °C to 175 °C. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 200 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 40 A.
