The solicitation contains language that allows the contract to be accessible nationally to public agencies in states whose laws allow for intergovernmental contract use (also known as "piggybacking" or "adopting").
Entities eligible to use OMNIA Partners contacts include State Agencies, Cities, Counties, K-12 School Districts (Public, Charter, and Private), Higher Education Institutions, Healthcare Organizations, Non-Profit Organizations, Church / Religious Organizations, Federal Agencies.
